Hugs Ceramics Studio Policies

 

Try it Out Class

Cancellation Policy:  Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session's date. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will receive a 50% refund. Reschedule requests with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $45 per person.

Late Policy: Due to scheduling and time constraints, if you are more than 30 minutes late for your session, it is considered a no show & the amount will not be refunded.

6 Week Classes

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be requested at least 1 week before the session. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the session starting date will be refunded 50% of the class cost. Any Cancellations made day of or after a session has started will not be issued a refund & cannot be put toward a future session.

Make Up Policy: 2023 - Students are allowed 1 make up class per 6 week session

Beginning January 1st , 2024 -  Due to extended class times & scheduling, we will no longer offer make up classes. Again, Hugs Ceramics will no longer offer make up classes beginning January 2024.

If students want to make up a missed class, they may schedule studio time subject to a $30 studio fee - this is treated as open studio time and an instructor may not be available during that time for one on one instruction.


Workshops/Special Events/Private Parties

Due to the scheduling and dedicated day/time needed for special events, all sales are final & are not subject to refunds or rescheduling.

Health & Safety

  • Please do not come to Hugs Ceramics Studio if you or someone you live with are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Hand towels and aprons will not be provided at Hugs Ceramics Studio. Students and members must bring their own & take them home to be washed at the end of class. Hugs Ceramics Studio cannot store used towels and aprons at the studio. 
  • Students & Members will clean their wheels, equipment, and workstations before leaving the studio.
  • Wash your hands!
