As of January 1st, 2024, all 6 week classes will be 3 hours instead of 2 hours. Due to changes in scheduling, we will no longer offer makeup classes.
As of January 1st, 2024, if you miss a class, a make up class will not be offered.
*Pre-Requisite* - Must have taken at least 2 Beginner's Pottery Classes @ Hugs Ceramics or another pottery studio
Comfortable with the basics of throwing and ready to learn more advanced forms? This class is for you! Students will explore techniques for throwing larger forms, lidded forms, adding sculptural and other surface techniques to pieces. This class is for students who are ready to develop their own style of pottery/ceramics and are encouraged to brainstorm ideas on what they want to make. Some examples include teapots/tea sets, vases, jars/lidded vessels, luminaries, & more!
Please note: this class is for Adults only 18+

Class Fee Includes:
- 3 Hour Weekly Class (3rd hour is optional & treated as open studio time)

Students will need to bring:
- Hand towel or Apron
- It is also recommended to trim your nails, as short as you're comfortable with.
Class sizes are limited to 8 people to ensure 1 on 1 time with the instructor.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested at least 1 week before the session. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the session starting date will receive a 50% refund. Any Cancellations made day of OR after a session has started will not be issued a refund & cannot be put toward a future session.
